Just a question. If your doing a leauge, can you qualify for state?

Yes, provided the league meets the qualifying criteria.

The RE event page will show you exactly what awards qualify for what.

At least in my region, but Iā€™m assuming many others, the qualifying awards for events will not be posted until later in the season.
