Based on FRC team 1565 twitch robot (video here) we built a sample with our Vex.
Last night we did the final work, and photos are here
It works very well and the user interface allows any “face” to be the front. We have some more work to do, but I thought we can share the setup.
Currently direct drive motors, we are going to work on doing more with speed iin mind.
The “twitch” is done with two motors, down gearing would work, but in the DEWbot mantra more motors is always more better.

Turns without “twitch” are a problem, we will work on different wheels in the future
