My team has a bad reputation for joysticks, so I came up with the idea of printing a case with a 3D printer, but if one already exists, it would be 1000 times better, since I don’t know how to use one and I don’t know how to make the CAD models to print them.
Do you have a picture? Im having a hard time understanding what you mean.
Do you mean that your team seems to break v5 controllers and you would like some kind of shell to put over the buttons and sticks when they’re being transported? Or do you want something that will protect a controller if it is dropped while its being used? Perhaps with a clearer enquiry, more people might take an interest.

You might be referring to a scuff controller, which is a case (of sorts) in which others put over their controller to allow the driver to operate more buttons at once. You can find the files to 3d-print them here or here.
Can you give more detail as to what you want to accomplish with this case, like u89dijt has mentioned?
