I was wondering, can being top 15 in skills qualify you for world in middle school? I know that last year top 15 got in, so what about this year?
No it does not. This was made clear during the summer.
However, skills ranking is used to fill double qualified spots at state/regional/national events by the RECF after the spot allotment has been determined.
