Download trouble

Good day. I have been trying to download a basic program (from RobotC) to our vex IQ robot. I am getting the error message below.

As info, I am using windows 7 PRO, have version 4.56 RobotC, and version 2.02 on the robot brain. All componants have been updated with correct firm ware through VEXos utiltiy

Any advice?
