What happens when you lift. Gears stripping, motors. Not turning, something else
It doesnt turn… I thought it may have been to much torque so i turned the motor down a bit and nothing… Then i turned it all the up and still nothing
Does the motor even work?
Yes i checked and they both work…
what about the ports.
Yes they work… I unplugged 1 motor and tried the other and it turned no problem and same with the other side… Both motors work
Or program? What happens when you try to lifts?
To me, it seems like the triangle you have is actually pushing the DR4B down. Try just rubber banding from one bar to the other for right now, ignoring one part do the triangle to see if it really is just because of the rubber banding.
It moves down no problem and it jerks a tiny bit trying to go up
I did that too… And still nothing
How many rubber bands are you using in the lift? It could just be that you don’t have enough.
What happens if u disconnect the drive axles and try to move the lift by hand? Does it still jerk upwards?
Im using 8 bands per side… The lift doesnt move at all with the motors off… I can move it to a spot and it will stay there
So idk… Can you think of anything?
Wait so do you mean that you can’t move it by hand when you disconnect the motors?
I can move it by hand… But when i move it to a spot and let go it holds itself with no motor on
So do you think with my using screw joints it could be to tight?
That could be a possibility. I would say make sure the spacers on all your screw joints can rotate, because if those can’t rotate easily then your 4 bars may not be able to either.

The spacers are kinda tight so i think that could be it
Yeah I would definitely loosen them a little bit. If that doesn’t work then you may have to just switch to the red torque cartridges if you haven’t already.
