I am having issues with the regular axles bending on my DR4B, but i don’t have the high strength axles available to me. I also have issues with mounting the tilter. I have it mounted to the back of the DR4B but it gets in the way while the lift is being lifted

Use screw joints.

cross brace the back portion of the DR4B, pics would help, use screw joints everywhere you can(where dr4b mounts to chassis and tray/intake assembly) make sure motors are in the middle portion of it so they can “pull” the lift up. it is easier to pull then push. make sure you are using bearing flats with axles and screw joints. Go slow and make sure everything lines up good.
