so when we drive forward our drive train slowly turns left how do we fix this?

Well, this problem is probably caused by either a problem in the code, or your motor is not fixed properly to the robot. Take a close look at those two things. But also, don’t get too desperate. My team once took our entire drivetrain apart for a very easy fix.
we had a rubber band stuck in ours and redid the entire chassis over it
