please give more than the theoretical calculation
Sounds decent, it would be better for advice if you provided a picture of a cad.
First off I would recommend using traction wheels instead of flex wheels for your middle wheels, I would also recommend using more bracing cause from the looks of it you only have 2 cross braces, while it may work the drive may bend, the standard for drivetrains is 2 long braces an 1 short brace. Also that gear ratio looks like it may burn out quickly, and there is really no need to use 2 inch wheels. If you’re really looking for a good controllable speed that is fast for this year I would look at the 6 motor 3.25 inch 450 rpm drive. I may be missing a few points but that’s what cam to mid during my first glance.
They are 2 inch wheels, So no tractions wheels are available, so I think I am going to try 60A durometer.
Also this should not burn out its 600 rpm on 2 inch wheels (450 rpm on 3.25 is faster). 61 in/second versus 76 in/second
Thank you for the tip on bracing I will add a additional support.
I’m presuming you plan to use the weight of the motors to your advantage to enable you to park? Or are you planning to balance out the weight with front heavy mechanisms? The way the motors are right now seems like you would have to park backwards which (to me at least) isn’t that ideal.
2" 600 rpm is 63"/sec. I would suggest building your frame to accommodate 2.75" wheels and testing both sizes. The larger wheels are blazing fast (86"/sec) and requires a light build… but might fit in the frame you’ve drawn. Worth the comparison imo.
Yes this is intentional, the drive motors are in the back half and my intake motors will be in the front + battery, resulting in a back heavy bot for parking in the back. Due to the nature of a 1:1 ratio by direct drive I can move my drive motors as necessary for balance, also my choice for not using 2.75 geared down.
