Occasionally after dumping into the high goal, the momentum of returning the bucket/dump back to its starting position causes these robots to land flat and exceed the 20" limit because the robot is now spread out across the field. In some cases, we have seen this happen twice in the same match. Will this cause a disqualification? So far, it has not been the case at our local tournaments. Will it be a problem at States or Worlds?
Thank you!

Drift:
After a robot lifts and begins to dump the balls into the high goal, can the drivers catch their robot before it tilts into the high goal? We are not sure if it is possible for them to make it there in time, but is it allowed? (At a few of our local tournaments, teams have been disqualified because their dump touched the high goal.)
No, this is not legal. This is a violation of <G6>.
VEX IQ Challenge Bank Shot Game Manual:
<G6> Drivers are prohibited from making intentional contact with any Field Element or Robots during a Match. Any intentional contact may result in a Disqualification. Accidental contact will not be penalized, unless the contact directly impacts the final outcome of the match. This type of accidental contact may result in a Disqualification.

Robots need to stay within the 13"x20" size constraint at all times. Any illegal expansion could lead to a disqualification.
