Will the current version of easyC PRO work on the Cortex? Or will there be a new version of easyC PRO for Cortex? If so, when will it be released? Thanks.
No, the current version of easyC PRO for PIC will not work with the Cortex.
Most of the advanced features like the text editor and I/O mapping in easyC PRO for PIC were incorporated into the easyC V4 for Cortex.
There is no set release date for easyC PRO for Cortex and most likely it will be at the beginning of next year at the earliest.
