We’re proud to announce that Autodesk has helped get not one, but two animations created for the 2008/2009 VEX Robotics Competition game “Elevation”. The animations have just been posted and are now available to view at www.robotevents.com
These were done by college students in Los Angeles and in Poland (yes, Poland). We’d like to thank the animators who put in long hours to create these animations for the benefit of the participating teams and event organizers running competitions around the world. Enjoy.
We hope the season is off to a great start for everyone. There are already over 70 events listed for this upcoming season, with more being added in the coming weeks - so continue to check for competitions in your area.
More information and news about the 2008/2009 VEX Robotics Competition will be posted in the coming weeks.
the shorter one get the point across, probably better a the events to show to the spectators and the second one does a really good job at explaining the game with the demo.
wow. both of those are really nice animations. the first is more traditional, whereas the second has 2 walkers and a hovercraft. im so used to the usual voice of the FRC game animations that i was thrown off at first by these. but now i can say that i understand the game much better.
anyways, if your on a windows heres something to try that bypasses most firewalls: open up microsoft word and type the url in there. then go through the url in word. it works for some blocking programs.
the school board may get mad though; I don’t know there policy.
