I know that there is no required length minimum or limit for Engineering Notebooks, but does anyone have a recommendation on how long it should be? I just need a 20 page range please.
Additionally, how much information should I write about the aspect that is being submitted for the Innovate award?

there should never be a page number goal. as a judje ive seen countless notbooks that hit the 200+ page mark but have no good content. the best notebooks will be as concise as possible while not leaving out critical points and explaing the full desighn proccess. i have seen plenty of sub 150 page notebooks be much better than 300+ page note books. its all about quality over quantity.

I don’t know how long other notebooks are, but ours has won us 4 awards and is 114 pages. It is worth mentioning that we are in MS, so the standards are probably different from yours.

how much of your notebook would you say is dedicated to actual robotics practice (designing, building, testing, etc) compared to all the other stuff (team introductions, game introduction, competition descriptions, etc)?
