This doesn’t answer your question, but are you aware that you can have a digital notebook? Some events still require paper but you can simply print the document before the competition and put it into a binder. Here is a link to templates: notebooks.vex.com

There definitely are digital engineering notebook templates, they use a 8.5" * 11" page format, but there are not official templates if all you want to do is paste in a page… much like 515R did:
