Does anyone have a VEX IQ list of error codes and the trouble shooting guide to resolving these error codes. I have a classroom of 40 students and 20 VEX IQ bots having various issues and vex support isn’t responding to emails.

How do I resolve VEXosUtility updating sensors but then replacing a sensor with one that isn’t actually attached to the bot?
I believe Fatal Error is actually fatal, so it may need to be returned. Although you could try re-flashing the firmware from the ground up.
