We are going to Vex Robotics Worlds in Kentucky because our middle school won the Excellence Award at States! But I notice on the Vex rules that if you win the Excellence award at Worlds, you aren’t eligible to win the Excellence award again at worlds for 3 years. Does anyone know if thats also a rule at States competition? Or are you eligible to win the Excellence Award every year at states?
The rule applies to Worlds only.

Does this rule apply to U.S. Open too? (I mean if awarded at U.S. Open?)
I don’t believe that it applies at the US Open. They are their own “animal”, so to speak.
