How were teams able to expand their complex tray bot’s so well, the complex tray’s were the intakes pivot upwards?
Its because they made it to where all they had to do was roll their intakes out and it would launch the tray out and flip the intakes down.
But when they rolled their intakes, how did the intakes fall down so easily when the intakes didn’t spin onto anything?
generally rubber bands are used to pull the intake rollers down into position, and a hard stop holds them in place.

If you’re super jank you could just have them drop down with gravity. It works ok
Yeh so to have them drop when you spin the intakes needs a lot of tuning to get the right amount of rubberbands?
it is kinda a pain because rubberbands vary
