I would suggest just working on this on your own. I don’t really see a reason to bring the whole community into this, especially when some people hate giving away designs. There would be no unique bot if people asked about all this stuff.
You guys are smart, I think you could come up with a great design on your own!

weight does not necessarily take up space.
I mean that we don’t need any more weight. We have enough already.
on ours we use four linear slides and surgical tubing and this system works perfect as the game objects stack the slides slide up and gravity brings them back down when the objects get scored. This system holds 6 objects easily and were planning on making it bigger for worlds

Flag spinners are awesome, except when they get in the way of expanding intakes, which is why we eventually took ours off last year.
Our expanding intake was made by putting two plates together in the form of a cross, attaching axle’s so they slid up and down, and adding latex tubing to snap the top back in place, as seen here: http://youtu.be/xR-rBniAQOo?t=2m42s
