I just bought a new vex IQ kit, and one of the motors seems to be faulty. While making a loud whirring noise, it turns at such a slow rate that if I applied any resistance against it, it stops altogether. Thus, when it is hooked up to an arm or a wheel, it will not turn at all. I have calibrated the motor properly, and I have tried it on different ports, with different cables, but it does not improve. I have also tried using it with a fully charged IQ brain. Nothing seems to work.
