Trying to update robot but when all connected and switched on, lcd screen just flashes. Any ideas?
Can you be a little more descriptive? Just the back light flashes, are their characters displayed? Are you sure your battery is 100% charged?

We’re sorry that you have encountered this issue. This flashing issue can occur when the Robot Battery has a very low charge. The LCD backlight is always on when the Robot Brain is on, but if the Robot Brain sees that the Robot Battery has too low of a voltage to safely run, the Robot Brain will turn itself off. In this case, the LCD screen will briefly flash white when being turned on, then it will turn off again.
