Does any one have 2 or 3 flex wheels like the people that are the northern Virginia.

Yes, Iā€™m sure many teams in N VA have flex wheels. What exactly are you looking for? Like do you want to buy some flex wheels off of them, see how they are using them, wanting to borrow them, etc.?
