Flex wheels for flywheels

Hi,
Can someone tell me the best flex wheels to buy to use for a flywheel? Seen some complicated explainations of different ones and would just appreciate a straightforward answer lol.

I would use 30a or 45a flex wheelss. They have a little bit more traction than 60a, and their flex helps grip the triball a bit better as well as giving it a little bit of spring and range (not by very much though.

There isn’t a huge difference, so just use what you’ve got. It all comes down to preference.

As for diameter, use 4in. The bigger area means your matchloaders have an easier time since the “sweet spot” is bigger. The bigger circumference also means (in simple terms) that the outside is spinning “faster” than it would be on a smaller diameter flex wheel.

If you want a straight forward answer, the lightest grey one. Its what we use. I’m not sure if it’s the best or not but it works

You should use 30 or 45A flex wheels with 4 in.
