Flying with v5 batteries

Does anyone know what restrictions there are on flying with v5 batteries? I’m not sure if its best to have them in checked bags or in carry-on. I didn’t find any answers when I searched the forum, but I just may have done a bad job with my search terms.

Here is the FAA page on batteries on airplanes: https://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/headquarters_offices/ash/ash_programs/hazmat/passenger_info/media/Airline_passengers_and_batteries.pdf

V5 batteries are 14 watt hours (it’s printed on the battery).

Enjoy!

Note that unlike cortex batteries, which are NiMH, you can’t put V5 batteries in checked luggage, as they are now lithium-ion based.
