Hello Can suggest for Gear Box grease lubrication how to decide quantity and degreasing interval…is it depend upon tooth nomenclature like face width and speed, no. of teeth etc.
Is this supposed to be in vex iq thread?
Assuming your talking about vrc, we just stuck some on a finger and ran it along the center of the gear. Working the gear box back and forth spreads out the lithium or whatever vex-legal lubricant is being used. Don’t be excessive, just a thin line of lubricant was plenty in our experience.

I don’t think IQ gears should be needing lubrication. 
For VRC, use very little lubricant. Too much will attract dirt and gunk everything up.
