The same exact thing happened to one of 1815G’s motors… But luckily one of the motor screw holes still worked
Same thing happened to us.
Never seen that happen before. Better fix it before this weekend. 
We did. Thankfully it didn’t damage anything other than the outside motor case piece se we just took that casing off a bad motor and replaced it; which was like a 10 minute fix.
So when you were lifting did it hit something or just snap?
We accidentally hung when our standoffs weren’t completely in the pole and when we went above the fence our motor slammed into the pole because we went up crooked, causing it to break…
