Are there any 2" fully threaded beams in the system? I could really use two to help simulate the hydraulic telescopic tipping system on a Caterpillar 797F 400 ton mining truck that I am building mostly with Meccano but using Vex motors and control.
I don’t quite understand your question, are you talking about something similar to a screw? If so:

however, the largest size of this is only 1", you could always just use a 2" screw and grind the head off. If you are talking about something similar to a standoff then here:

The largest fully threaded size is 1". There is also an 2" standoff that is threaded at each end, but it is not threaded fully. Hope this helps! :D](http://www.vexrobotics.com/vex/products/accessories/structure/standoffs-8-32.html)
I believe he’s asking for a fully threaded 2" Threaded beam, which unfortunately iIdon’t believe VEX Sells:(, or fabricates:mad:. However, I would look into VEX Pro for FRC, you might find something there, if all else fails: McMaster Carr…
Thanks guys for the responses. Yes, I was hoping there may be a 2" fully threaded beam, like the 1" one but longer. I don’t see any in Vex Pro, but McMaster Carr looks promising.
It turns out a Meccano parts manufacturer in India makes a “Large Axle System” which does a nice job simulating a hydraulic lift. There is a picture at http://nzmeccano.com/forum/attachment.php?aid=4465 . However you need to join NZMeccano (no charge) to view the pic.
