You guys should come to create US open for middle school, there are lots of good teams planning to be there!
Sounds cool. Please let the RECF know you would like us there!
https://youtu.be/2AON6rxbeqU | One of the top teams out of Texas 2025D Terminator with their robot T-800 performed well at SCORE Signature. A very well built machine with a very consistent goal rush and great wall stake scoring mech put this team in a top contender spot. Get the breakdown of this High Stakes robot on Pits & Parts.
This is our last video from SCORE. Our currently last scheduled stop before VEX Worlds is the Purdue SIGBots Slam and Jam VEXU Qualifier this weekend!
Do you guys come to events In the UK?
How would I reach out to RECF?
We had an incredible time at the SigBots Slam and Jam VEXU event! Check out some awesome Pits & Parts interviews and media from these incredible teams coming soon at YouTube.com/@funroboticsnetwork.
https://youtu.be/OsCNPWuKZUQ | When you feel good you drive good. Arguably the top team in VEXU, Knightmare Robotics from UCF brings an incredible set of robots for High Stakes. Check out their insanely quick 9 step goal rush and breakdown of these two incredible machines on Pits & Parts.
https://youtu.be/xSB4Sap-l-g | One of the most innovative designs in VEXU. PLATT3 PlattyPi breaks down their High Stakes robot and their Tier 3 dual buddy climb that while not quite ready for the field, was able to be demonstrated on the practice field and we may see implemented in their next event! Expand your mind to the possibilities and the engineering behind this on Pits & Parts.
Just asking again, who would I contact?
I do not know who from RECF handles this event. Someone else may be able to provide details or tech or to your RECF rep. If you got Dan Mantz’s digits feel free to give him a call .
I believe you are asking who you should contact if you want your own interview. You can find a google form on their YouTube channel’s bio.
I would like them to go to a specific event that is not on their website
I think you should check out either 1010G or 44252A. Both are lady brown hoods, and I love both of their designs and competition strategies!
I mean if you REALLY want us to go somewhere we can talk contract rates ;).
This is more of a conversation between RECF and FUN on what makes the most sense, but I would encourage anyone to advocate for your area or event by going up the RECF chain. There’s a lot that goes into bringing us out to an event in the background and flying a small crew out costs money.
That’s true, I will contact them early next year so they can get a plan. Thanks again!
https://youtu.be/590k5If48rA | We love all the custom work of DEVIL5 and their VEXU robots. Check out their ‘belay’ system for their goal rush mech which is really cool, their custom PCB’s and a 3D printed chassis than can even (mostly) hold up to a brick.
