I know dan briefly mentioned this in the town hall last night, but for everyone that missed it, the game animation online challenge has returned!
https://challenges.robotevents.com/challenge/141/Game-Animation-sponsored-by-RECF
I look forward to making an entry, and seeing all the other entries made by everyone else!
This is my favorite online challenge!
Robots featured in the animations should follow the laws of physics, and should be functional in the real world
Smhing my head.
Once again they tried to spoil all the fun. But …
Anyone who wants to create an exciting Game Animation, showcase their imaginative potential at physics, as well as pedantic knowledge of English, all at once, shall proceed to ignore this optional rule and let their creative imagination to be their only guide.
While the average award of the “build better robots” judges is less than $300 in VEX store credits, the awe and appreciation of your peers is priceless!
I don’t know who is going to win, but the GDC won’t be winning with Change Up or Tower Takeover.
Game must include a minimum of two scoring objects
This is simply a counter-measure against someone URL-guessing the new VEX game and submitting it as their own before VEX releases theirs.
