I think that yes, it is possible.
Some examples:
4 bar linkage-2 motor 393 geared at 5:1
motor 393=13.5 in-lb stall torque
5/12(13.5)=135in-lb
now lets say you have a 20 inch arm.
135/20=6.75lb*

I’m surprised you use the STALL torque for arm calculations.
I prefer an arm that moves, not one that is stalled.
Max power output from a dc motor is typically
at 50% max rpm = 50% of stall torque.
