Gear ratio issue

So we’ve been having a problem with a gear ratio on our robot. We have a spinner that spins the purple dispenser. It goes pretty fast and has a pretty fast gear ratio but we needed to connect it to our flywheel and whenever we did that it wouldn’t spin right. We changed the cogs every which way but nothing worked. This was the best we got but it was really slow. Also this is a link to a video of it.

We had the same issue, play around with torque and velocity, and if you are using a seesaw-flywheel bot, the position of your seesaw. Try to free up an extra motor from somewhere (I have not watched the video)
