Is there a reason for this to be an dependency of the main VEX Robotics extension? I’m not quite sure why it needs to be separate from the main extension, but if it does then I’d just rather uninstall it entirely. If I have feedback I’m gonna use the forums, not hope that some person gets back to me through an arbitrary form I submit through VCS. Can the feedback submission be combined with the main extension, be gotten rid of, or changed to no longer be a necessary dependent, that way we can choose to uninstall it if we’d like?
There are reasons, it handles more than just the feedback functionality for us, so no, it’s not going away. I don’t really see why you would find it an issue.

I just already have so many extensions on VCS, it just feels silly that one of them is for feedback. None of my other extensions have anything like that.
One of the other reasons is that it lets it get the newest vexos firmware.
Speculation
my guess for the reason they are separate is that the vscode extension didn’t always have updating, so when they wanted to add it, it was easier to add it to the extension that could connect to vex servers already.
