I was curious if anyone knew if we were allowed to use platforms such as Wattpad or Quotev to submit writing? I was curious as it may be simpler to use, and it seems like a little bit of an important factor. Thank you!

Yes, you may use Wattpad or Quotev to submit your story. The Requirements state: “Your storybook should be produced using an online resource such as Shutterfly, Snapfish, SmugMug, or Photobox, and be no more than 12 pages in length.” Those four online resources were given as examples only.
As long as your storybook meets all of the listed challenge requirements, you may use other online resources not listed in the examples.
