We are an all girl team middle school competition team and I see grants are available from Girl Powered. I was wondering if anyone has signed up for them and what the grant delivers? Is it robot parts or credits, Girl Powered items to promote STEM or other? We are debating both funding sources and community outreach items for the girls to do and wondered if this may serve both.

I have the same question, and also want to know about the eligibility requirements for the Girl Power grant, the REC Foundation grant and the Northrop Grumman Foundation grants.
I have asked my regional RECF rep a couple of times but have not received an answer. Is this information not online anywhere?

I’ll try my regional rep as well, but the resources at girl powered or RECF don’t specifiy what is included and any restrictions. The RECF grant just changed to V5 hardware, but nothing for the others.
