I was wondering if only Girl Powered teams could enter into online challenges sponsored by Girl Power. I am the captain of 1233C and I am female so I was wondering if I could enter for my team.

Once Online Challenges are posted for the 2018-2019 season and open for submissions, they are open for any team to enter, as long as they meet the posted Requirements for the challenge. Girl Powered is all about diversity, so any team can enter as long as they meet the posted Requirements. So yes, you can enter for your team, absolutely!
Please note Online Challenges for the new season have not been announced yet.
