Good lift anchors?

Hi All–

My team is currently working with a 4 bar lift on a goofy for TT, and finding that when we intake cubes , the lift arms are flexing outwards despite our small anchors. Does anyone have any good lift anchor examples we could take inspiration from to create better anchors for our robot? Also, our intakes are the correct distance apart and flip down so they dont require more banding. Any advice would be awesome.

Thanks!

one good solution is putting rubber bands to increase tension to the point where the rollers will not be able to split under the force of the cube. I can send photos of our assembly later tonight

Pictures would be great, but it sounds like you haven’t braced your arms together. Try that.

Boxing the arms is important to prevent flexing, and having a hard stop is also important.
