One of our team’s gyro died last night. We tried swapping cables and ports with no success. The gyro isn’t recognized or show up under “device info”. What is the process for getting a replacement? We purchased two super kits in Aug. 2015.
Or perhaps there’s something else I could do to troubleshoot?

If the Gyro Sensor is not showing up under the Device Info screen and is not recognized by the Robot Brain, then please contact VEX Technical Support by emailing [email protected] or by calling +1-903-453-0802 so we can resolve this issue.
