  • <PSC1> A team may handle their Robot as many times as they want during a Programming Skills Match. 
    In previous years "handling" was permitted as part of the programing skills strategy. Does this continue to be true?
Rule &lt;G14&gt; did not apply to programing skills matches in the past, except as it applies to game elements held or contacted by a "handled" robot.
