i was wondering if one hangs in autonomous mode how would that be scored:confused

This question was asked twice previously, I’ll quote the answers below.

Both are per Karthik:

At the end of the Autonomous Period, any Robots that are Hanging, would earn points towards the determination of the Autonomous Bonus. No other points are assigned to the alliance until the end of the match.

We ask you to please read the manual very carefully before asking any questions in this forum.

Hanging is treated like any other method of scoring. At the end of the autonomous period, the team with the most points earns the Autonomous Bonus. At the end of the match, points are awarded based on the state of the Scoring Objects and Robots on the field.

Same concepts of scoring in autonomous as in previous vex games.

But when you get off what happens to the points I couldn’t find that

Hanging in autonomous doesn’t count for the final score.

All it counts towards is autonomous bonus.

If you happen to be hanging at the end of the match it counts for the match score.
When you hung is meaningless for this
