We have a large helium cylinder at Worlds at my middle school team’s pit. So if you need balloons inflated for your booth check in with Glendale Technicals (G-Techs) at 32545A in the Middle School area. They’re a two-person team so they’re not always at the booth, but they’ll be around a lot.
