I’ve been living for about 16 years and I’ve never died . Sometimes theory isn’t always right.
Except it is.
Just because it didn’t happen to you doesn’t mean it cant or wont.

But is this a problem that has actually happened before, or just something that theoretically could happen under the right circumstances?
I’m not saying it has never occurred or never could occur, but I am not currently aware of any teams having a motor break on them due to cooling them with canned air, and I have been doing it myself for years without issue.
Thanks for the tip. Dunno if using it upside down is any worse than what we do to our motors anyways lol.
We do it all the time, never had a problem. I’m not saying that under the perfect circumstances you could damage a motor by doing it, but I think it’s highly unlikely.
Is the motor through a 12 tooth gear that is in contact with an 84 tooth gear? Or is the motor going through an 84 tooth gear that is in contact with a 12 tooth gear?
Thanks a lot. We really appreciate the help.
