Help With Color Sensor

My team wants to use the optical sensor to read the color of the rings and the autonomous line. It can read the colors of the rings and many other objects just fine, but it cannot see white(even though white is one of the colors it should see according to Vex Command Help on VSCode). Any suggestions on what to do to make it read white, or do we just need to set a range of what the sensor reads for it to detect “white”?
