Hey I would like to know if the 2-wire vex 393 integrated encoder modules work on a 2-wire vex high speed motor

They will work no matter what gears you put inside the motor, as long as you have the special encoder gear in there.

so it would work on a turbo motor too?

Yes any gears will work if you have the IME set up correctly
