So, My team is planning to give our robot a rubber duck antenna decoration (so people can tell we are the betrayed duckiez), is this allowed? I haven’t seen anything that directly prohibits it, but could someone clear this up?

Read rule R9, it will tell you all you need to know. For future reference, if there is no rule against something, it is most likely legal. You can use Ctrl+F to find things in the manual easily.

Does the antenna serve any purpose (other than decoration)?
Will the robot effectively be the same without the antenna?
Does the antenna interfere with the game in any way?
If not, it’s legal as a decoration. Keep in mind that the game manual tells you what you cannot do, so anything it doesn’t prohibit is allowed.
