What is the highest rank you can be in vex forums without being apart of vex staff?

The highest level forum members can achieve is trust level 3 (TL3).
You keep asking about “admin” and becoming VEX staff. After you graduate college apply for a job, until then, try posting something more useful.

To find out your trust level, go to your profile, summary, and on the top right there shoudl be an expand button that looks like this (on the right)
Click on it and you should see this
