It’s cute. Not sure how loud it is in the real world. You may find a referee that will ask you to not use it in a match. Lots of refs (including me) are not huge fans of robots that make loud noise.
On the other hand, some are fans of robots that play songs.

The parts I used were the wire that connects to the letter ports on the brain, this solid state relay from digikey, and this 6v snail horn on Amazon.
Here’s a diagram of how I wired it all:
In the code you just got to set the whatever port you connect it to high or low

And this is legal???
Not sure what you mean but anything you add that isn’t VEX has to be non-functional.
Hopefully, it’s just held on by a single screw if a judge wants it taken off.

As long as the brain can power it, so I’d stick with any 6 volt horn you can find
