How can one Mobile goal?

What do you use to power it?

Im guessing it is pistons because of the fast motion.

Might be motors too because of the sheer weight of the mobile goal + gravity sort of constantly weighing the intake down.

If you slow down the footage, you can see a potentiometer, as well as a brief flash of a motor. You can also see the elastics on the top as well. Interesting that it appears to be a frontloaded mobile goal manipulator, most of the ones I’ve seen so far have been on the back of the design (myself included)

It seems as if it is a 4 bar mobile goal lift. If you slow down the footage to .25, you can see what I’m talking about. It seems to be working really well, although it is very fast. I don’t know if very high stacks will be able to stay balanced with that kind of speed. We have prototypes of that kind of mobile goal intake as well, however we have not gotten it working as well.

Thanks. I’ve deleted one post for spam.

“How can one Mobile goal?” I guess I don’t entirely understand the question. Are you asking how to make this mechanism? Or… or is this like a Zen koan?

You would be surprised at how high the stacks can get and still stand.
