This is my first time attending the VRC World Championships. In the Middle school division, we are divided into two divisions, Spirit and Opportunity. I’m curious how the Tournament brackets and alliance selection will work (within and between divisions). Any information would be great. Thank you in advance!
Each division is basically its own tournament, and then the two winning alliances go and see who is the overall winner.
So, with 5 divisions, each division runs separately. Once all divisions have winners, there is a round robin involving all winning alliances, in which each alliance plays the other 4 in a best of 3. The top 2 alliances then play in the finals to determine the World Champions.
