How do I paint vex v5 3.25' omni wheels

Hi I was wondering how do I paint my vex v5 3.25’ omni wheels without removing the rollers. Is there any suggestion?

We use RIT Dyemore, its pretty durable and easy to do.

In the Purdue Sigbots wiki, they have created a tutorial for this:

Note, from BLRS wiki, linked above:

  • Dyeing of wheel rollers (omni / mecanum) is possible but tend to wear out over time. Assure that no residue is left behind in testing as damage to field or game elements can be cause for disqualification from a tournament.

You could wrap the rubber rollers in electrical tape. Masking or packing tape may work as well, but the softer it is the better it will work.

But first you also need to verify, using an old roller, that acetone in the intended concentration is not going to ruin neither rubber nor tape and its glue.
