How do you deal with creative differences?

Since 5th grade, I been doing Vex robotics (IQ and EDR) and recently I joined a new team full of noobies except for me, Then this question arose in my mind, “How do you deal with creative differences?”. In my previous team, everyone had an exact role, but on this new team, everybody wants to do something different. So anyway, how do you guys get around creative differences?

With rubber bands, spray bottles, and leadership skills.

The amount of human abuse you can do with a rubber band is underestimated.

I see that spray bottles are also being neglected here, but I have had asthma attacks because of these😂

Even if it takes a mediator, these differences should find a middle ground, compare and contrast. Explain why one idea is better than the other, make it clear that just because it’s your idea doesn’t mean it’s the best one. Keep the peace and find a way to understand each other. Heck, do an escape room and see what happens, you’ll learn a lot about everyone there if you do that.

You are right, I should definitely do an escape room with y team.

my team deals with arguments by just doing one thing and then when it doesnt work doing the other thing. is it slow? yes. has it prevented literal fights? possibly.

So just out of curiosity, do you guys also do that 2 weeks before a tournament?

of course we do. cant have efficiency.

What is efficiency? Is that some new product DRow hasn’t revealed yet? I’ve never heard of it in VRC.

Another note, #32 non-latex curled twice from index around thumb to pinky fly best and straightest. They also don’t hurt but they catch someone’s attention well.
