How do you download .csv files?

I’ve tried going under the results tab for each event and clicking the .csv icon does nothing. Does anyone know how to obtain these files?

What event in particular are you talking about? The button should work, in my experience.

If the tournament doesn’t have data up yet, you won’t be able to download the csv.

For a direct download, you can also go to http://ajax.robotevents.com/tm/results/matches/?format=csv&sku=RE-VRC-##-####&div=# (fill in the # signs with the tournament SKU and division).
